The shower wouldn't drain, which is a pretty basic thing to expect, and the security felt lax. There wasn't a Do Not Disturb sign, and even though I specifically asked housekeeping not to enter, a maid came into my room after I'd been out for about 10 minutes. When I asked her to leave, she made it clear she didn't want to. The hotel is bare-bones and overpriced for what it offers. Motel 6 is better and much cheaper. I'm going back to the Radisson tomorrow, which is better quality, better located, and less expensive.

The balcony had a great view, and it was easy to get around with the tram, river, and shops right there. It was quiet, the staff were helpful, and the kitchenette had everything I needed. Felt like a home away from home.

For a week-long stay, this is very good value if you don't need frills. The stop right outside makes trips to the old city easy, and there's secure underground parking. The rooftop bar and restaurant are a real plus, with lovely views.

The tram stop is right at the door and takes you to the city's main sights. Staff were very friendly, and the owner was exceptionally hospitable. There's also a lovely rooftop bar with a pool and great views across the area.

The top-floor restaurant was a lovely spot for a cocktail or glass of wine, with sumptuous views over Montpellier, Pic Saint-Loup and the surrounding region. The menu had plenty of tasty, well-prepared dishes. Our room was immaculate and well equipped, and breakfast was comprehensive and delicious. We stayed four nights, and the staff were warm, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. Thanks to everyone there. I hope to return and relax by the rooftop pool with a mojito.
