2/10
The bed was comfortable and the place was fairly clean, but the industrial cleaner smell throughout the suite made staying there unbearable. For Americans, this is an extended-stay residence, not a hotel. There wasn’t even an ice machine, and the bathroom felt like a hospital or institution. The shower only worked if you’re four feet tall, and I had to hold the shower head the whole time. The breakfast wasn’t worth paying extra for. I wouldn’t recommend staying here again.

The receptionists were a real plus, all very polite and attentive. Everyone I spoke with knew at least some English, and a few also spoke Italian, as well as French of course. I got a really nice room for a low price. Breakfast doesn’t have many choices, but the bread they make is really good.

The breakfast was great, especially the coffee, and the location was really convenient. We had an excellent stay. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly.

The staff were very nice and helpful, but the room had a smell. Parking nearby was hard to find, and both the room and kitchen were average. The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow and often didn’t work.

The room was acceptable, though nothing fancy. Breakfast was good, but room service costs extra.
