Résidence Nemea

The furnishings are nice, and the place is well run and in a good location. I was there during an unusually hot week, though, and the whole building got quite warm. The insulation doesn’t seem great, and that could become a problem as the climate gets hotter.

The service doesn’t match what these apartments cost. If you’re only here for a short stay, expect the bare minimum: no soap or toilet paper. The laundry room is tiny for the number of apartments, with just three washers and two dryers. My room faced the street, so it was loud day and night if I opened the window for cool air. There’s no air conditioning, and some rooms don’t even have windows. On arrival, both the room and the dishes they’d provided were dirty. Now they’re trying to charge me 30€ for hair in the drain, which I could easily have removed myself. Nobody told me I had to leave the apartment spotless or pay a fee. I also spoke with others in my group, and none of us got our full deposits back over cleanliness. We were charged different amounts for similar things, like water marks on showers and mirrors.

The spacious apartments are thoughtfully set up, and Jeremy’s friendly service made the experience even better. We left very satisfied with the quality of the residence.

Jeremy was quick to take care of anything we needed and helpful throughout our stay. The apartments are modern and spotlessly clean. Staying here felt like a privilege, and I’d highly recommend it.
