The buildings are quiet and well insulated, and parking is easy, with space always available. There are lots of students in this good residence. The caretaker is very friendly, attentive, and quick to help.

Avoid this place at all costs. I was recently mugged on my way home because the gate is always open, and I had to move out immediately.

Avoid this residence. It feels unsafe and noisy, the gate is faulty and always open, and the caretaker is useless. My daughter moved in during September and had to leave urgently.

It’s a quiet residence. The caretaker does their best to collect deliveries and sends an SMS to let you know, which is really helpful.
