The loud bar downstairs was the worst part. We had a metal concert under our room until 11 pm on the weekend, and although they offered to move us, we’d already unpacked. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere. I had two separate non-refundable bookings, but skipped the second one and didn’t stay at all. Even though I asked at least five days ahead, they refused to reimburse me. The location is great, very close to the metro entrance, shops, and the Marche. The rooms are okay but could be cleaner. The toilet pipes drip while you’re sitting down, then stop when you get up, and the hallways smell strangely moldy. You don’t get a key for the entrance, so you have to ring reception to be let in, and sometimes the concierge isn’t there. Some concierge staff told us to leave our room key at reception when going out and collect it on our return; others were fine with us keeping it. Very weird. It’s okay if you’re on a budget, but I’d avoid it Friday through Sunday.

We had a wonderful week, thanks to the whole team. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and attentive, and the atmosphere was great. The location is perfect, with everything close by. It was an unforgettable stay!

Avoid this place. The cleaner tried to come into my room from 6am and woke me up. I’m not even sure the towels were clean. Definitely not worth what we paid.

Getting to the well-known spots in Paris takes a while, but the metro makes it easy to reach them. There’s always a receptionist available, and the staff were so polite. Our stay was great and the rooms were super clean. I’d recommend it, and we’ll stay here again.

The welcome was warm and friendly. It’s right beside the metro, and once you close the windows it’s very quiet. For this neighborhood, it’s very good. The decor, furniture, and amenities are simple and functional, without extras, but everything was clean and in good condition. Two small annoyances: I would’ve liked a kettle for tea, and the TV lags quite a bit.
