The chalet was clean and had a lovely terrace, and there was plenty of shade around the small campsite. Our kids found a few Dutch children to play with, even though most guests seemed to be regulars. The owner was really friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the pizzas at the restaurant. A small improvement would be insect screens on the bedroom windows.

We had no cell reception at all, so staying connected meant paying €39 for WiFi for up to three devices for seven days. For that price, the speed was outrageous, around 10KB/s, and sometimes even WhatsApp messages wouldn't send. The campsite is also at least a half-hour drive from anything like a large supermarket. It's a nice, small place with a friendly owner and quite a lot of clean amenities for its size. There’s enough for kids to do, though that also means plenty of screaming. The showers are decent when the water pressure holds up, which is basically only when you're the only one using them. The WiFi might have been tolerable if it were free.

We stayed in a tent for four nights, and Franck's campsite was really peaceful. There was lots of shade on the pitches, the sanitary facilities were very clean, and the pool was lovely, with plenty of sun loungers around it. Franck was so friendly. Thanks so much!
