Very bad hotel.

Top.
Our apartment was small and nothing special, though functional and practical. The bathroom and kitchenette were new, but it felt a bit expensive for what it was and for the resort. The main issue was the cleaning. The contract listed a €50 cleaning fee, but the caretaker asked for €70 in cash. The reservations department and owners confirmed the contract amount was the right one, and I appreciate their efforts and honesty. Cleaning itself was questionable: there was hair in the shower drain and crumbs all over the inside of the oven. We were told to clean the apartment since it had been cleaned before, and we did even more, out of respect for other people's belongings. Getting the keys was also a hassle. The caretaker was the contact, rather than the real estate agency we expected, and although we'd exchanged text messages, nobody had told us. We lost an hour sorting it out. The Wi-Fi was very poor. The lifts don't go to the ski room or underground parking, which is awkward with luggage or skis. Ski access depends on conditions and isn't suitable for beginners. You can't ski directly in or out, and have to walk five minutes to a piste that leads to the snow front. I would have rated it higher, but the cleaning experience affected the stay.
The building is less than 100 metres from the slopes, and in the forest you can ski back right to the entrance. The ski locker, though, is too small for six pairs of skis, so one pair has to go back up to the apartment and the rest left on the balcony.
We're renting in this building for the second year in a row. It's close to the slopes, with comfortable apartments and a ski storage room.
