Chalet l'Aiglon

Chalet l'Aiglon was beautiful in every way. I was lucky to stay there recently and experience the impeccable hosting from Freya & Johnny. The balcony views are stunning, and the place is both luxurious and comfortable. The food was a highlight too. I came home missing the homemade cake we had every day at 3pm!

We loved staying with Freja, Jonny, Biscuit, and Wolf. The chalet is beautifully presented, and the rooms are spotless and spacious. From our room and the shared areas, the valley views were amazing and uninterrupted. There was a lovely range of delicious food throughout the stay, especially the afternoon cake and homemade jams. Our hosts were welcoming and knew the area well, with great tips for food, ski equipment and hire, and childcare. It’s handy for a short walk into La Rosière or Les Eucherts by road or along the woodland trail, which is great for sledging, and the free shuttle stop is very close. We’re looking forward to coming back.

The care Jonny and Freja put into Chalet l'Aiglon really stood out. They think of all the little touches, from the gifted lip balm to the mini Snickers and Kit Kats supplied each day, and make a skiing or summer Alps trip feel comfortable and memorable. The chalet is beautiful, with comfortable beds, gorgeous linens, and a divine spa. It’s only a short walk to town and an even shorter one to the bus stop. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended.

Freja answered every question I had and made me feel at ease about bringing our two young children on a ski holiday. From the first steps of planning through arrival, she and Jonny made everything stress-free and made sure we had what we needed. Their chalet is luxurious but still feels homely, and every meal was delicious. They take real pride in giving guests a brilliant experience. We had the most amazing week and would absolutely recommend it. We hope to be back soon!
