Club Med La Rosière

The kids made huge progress with the French Ski School and really bonded with their instructors and the other children. The Mini Club was also exceptional, and our kids loved Tabatha, Daphene, João “Farofa,” and Rory. We felt completely comfortable leaving them in their care. We stayed at Club Med La Rosière as a family of two adults and two kids in the second week of January 2026, and had a fantastic experience. Skiing was a highlight, with perfect snow, lots of groomed runs and off-piste options, uncrowded slopes, and almost no lift lines. The resort is linked to Italian La Tuille across the valley, and sometimes the weather was better on one side than the other. For the adults, Roxanne was outstanding, the best instructor I’ve had. She balanced technique, encouragement, and just the right amount of pushing so we all kept improving. The resort is beautiful, newly built or refurbished, with great infrastructure. Rooms were spacious, consistently clean, and comfortable after full days on the slopes. The bar team, Peuzinha and Rodolfo, were incredible too. We’d gladly return for another family ski holiday with great instruction, childcare, and a high-quality resort experience.

A huge warning, don’t miss this. Club Med Larosiere lost our four-year-old while they were babysitting him. When we came to pick him up, they couldn’t find him at all. After a long time they eventually located him, then acted as if everything was fine. We asked to speak with the manager, but instead they sent a twenty-year-old animator to explain what had happened. That response was absolutely irresponsible. We went through the biggest stress of our lives. If you don’t want to experience that, never leave your children in the Mini Club. Never again, Club Med. Natalie and Erik, parents.

The staff put so much energy into making our holiday special, with smiles and a welcoming attitude all week, day and night. Huge thanks to the whole team for the fantastic job. The entertainment was great fun, with a different activity every day and staff in brilliant costumes that weren’t tacky at all. The hotel was well maintained and had lots of thoughtful details. It was our first Club Med holiday, and I loved every minute. We came with our 16-year-old and 4-year-old, and both found friends and had a wonderful time. I enjoyed group ski lessons with Ethel, and my youngest especially loved Tabatah. The entertainment and Mini Club staff had amazing energy, and the Teen Club gave older kids a fun place to meet. I was surprised by the range and quality of the food. I didn’t like the red meat, but most of the rest was pretty good. The spa, pool, outdoor jacuzzi, and hammam were all very nice. We’re driving home now and choosing our next Club Med holiday for next February. Thank you!

We spent Christmas week at clubmed La Rosière with our boys, 8 and 14, and both had a great time in the mini and teen clubs. I was surprised by how much my older son enjoyed the teen club. The ESF instructors were great with all four of us, the atmosphere stayed great all week, and the night shows were fantastic. The GO’s and club manager were around all day, and the service was great wherever we went. The rooms were just fine for us. We love club med and have stayed at clubs around the globe. This was one of our best ski weeks and stays at clubmed.
