The massage I booked was excellent, and the spa and pool were very clean with a superb view. I was disappointed, though, to learn that Balcons customers can't use the spa on Wednesdays. Nobody mentioned or specified this on the phone when I booked the massage. Since access is closed, you won't be able to use the spa before or after your appointment. They told me they wouldn't make an exception, even though the mistake was clearly theirs, so I'm taking off a star.

We were staying in a nearby apartment and could still enjoy the resort. The facilities were great, everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great service too. THANK YOU PATRICE! 🙂❤️

Emilie and Coralie gave excellent massages. The swimming pool is large and clean, and the sauna and hammam were very good.
