For what I paid, it felt comfortable in a homely way. The rooms were tidy, and the bathrooms were even bigger than the bedrooms. You can't expect five-star service at such a low price, of course.

The bathrooms are cramped, and in most of them the shower or taps either don't work or barely work. The rooms are tight too. Management really needs to fix these problems and make guests feel comfortable when they stay. That would help people see the place as a home away from home and recommend it to others.

It was clean, and the bed was comfortable for our one-night stay. There are a few restaurants nearby, including KFC, Dominos, and Mc D, plus a LIDL grocery shop. Still, the hotel needs maintenance: the toilet seat was damaged on one side, some shower knobs were missing, and the broken sink strainer was another issue. With no shower panel, water covered the whole floor when we bathed, and there was black mould on the bathroom wall. Fine for a quick overnight stop if you have no other choice.

Lidl is very close, and Domino's and KFC are an easy walk away, so the nearby amenities deserve about four stars. We stayed one night with family on the way to the black forest in Germany. It's well placed near the French border and works well for a night, especially with a larger group. I'd give it around 3.5.

For 60 euros, two beds with attached toilets made this a budget-friendly stay. There's a supermarket just a short walk away, and fast food places are within walking distance too.
