Jo and Denise made the week for us. They were warm, funny, thoughtful, and so attentive that by the end they felt like family. They handled everything so effortlessly, including any request we had, and went well beyond what we'd expected. Chalet Sarcleret itself is gorgeous, cosy, comfortable, beautifully kept, and carefully thought out. It felt like a home. We've had ski holidays before, but this stay with Alikats was on another level. We left with memories we'll be talking about for years and already want to return. If you're considering it, just book.

We spent the summer at Chalet Sarcleret in Morzine and loved the mix of activity and downtime. There were great mountain walks and biking, yoga by the lake, and plenty of good local restaurants. The chalet was lovely and comfortable, and the jacuzzi was a particular highlight. The weather was perfect, and everything was so well organised. A wonderful stay.

The snow and mountain views were fantastic, and getting the kids to ski school was easy with drop-offs at Ardent and Nyon. Alikats also looked after us throughout, with delicious meals and attentive care. Chalet Sarcleret is beautifully designed, balancing elegant details with cosy living areas and lovely bedrooms. We had a spectacular stay in Morzine and can't wait to come back.

The hot tub was just right after a day on the mountain, and the taxis to and from the slopes made things so easy. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed, and the chalet as a whole had everything we could need. The boot and ski room was a clever, handy set-up. We had a super week and would love to return.

We rented all of Chalet Sarcleret with friends and had a brilliant time together. Kayleigh and Owen took care of the planning, from transfers and bookings to activities and ski suggestions, and went out of their way to meet our dietary needs. They really added to the stay. The rooms were great, the chalet stayed tidy, and the hot tub was perfect after skiing. We loved our experience with Alikats.
