Just confirming this isn’t a scam. The bad reviews were from the Covid period. I’ve just had a very pleasant stay: comfortable beds, friendly staff, a nice hot tub, and good value for money.

They closed the chalet and sent the staff home after taking my money. Now they’re refusing to refund my £1500. Beware, this is a scam. Do not use.

No chalet exists, it’s all fake and fraud. Gemma & MSC promotions took £1500 from us. Beware of this company, do not use!

Don’t book with this company. They took our £1500 holiday money. It’s fake, it’s fraud.

They’re closed for now and wouldn’t give my money back. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Fraudulent management.
