The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the French food felt authentic. It’s a very welcoming, family-run three-star hotel. I was also delighted by the beautiful, extremely friendly Ragdoll cat who’s part of the hotel family. They have a couple of independent chalets for families too. It gets very busy over the holidays, so book ahead if you want to be sure of a room.

We had a great family stay. David was so friendly, and the village was easy to reach on foot, with plenty of places to eat. The supermarket and chairlift are right nearby too. Our small studio was comfortable and well equipped, and the hotel had good amenities. The food and atmosphere were nice. We liked having Christmas Eve dinner at the hotel restaurant, though an earlier dinner time would suit hungry skiers better, especially with early starts.

The free transfers to the ski rental shop made things easy, and the pool and sauna were just right after a day on the slopes. Town was an easy walk, about ten minutes away. Our room was comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the food was outstanding every day. Most of all, the owners made us feel at home over Christmas. They were attentive and warm throughout, and their care gave the whole stay a lovely feeling. It made the holiday special, and we’d happily come back and recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay.

We were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived until we left. The hotel was spotless, and there was excellent variety in the food every day. The facilities were a real treat after skiing. The Marullaz family and the staff clearly take great pride in the place. We already miss it and can’t wait to return next year. Probably Haute-Savoie’s best kept secret!

The team made us feel right at home, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. They struck just the right balance between being friendly and professional. We loved the facilities after a day on the slopes, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next year.
