Those dinners were so special, and the food at breakfast was delicious too, especially the lovely cheese buffet. It’s a small, super charming hotel with very kind, accommodating staff. They even had our ski pass ready on arrival. Our family room had a single attached space that gave a third person a private place to sleep. The facilities were nice, including a steam room and sauna. The location is great, right in the town square, five minutes from the Pleney lift, with the bus to Avoriaz stopping in front. Recommended!

The evening meals are a real highlight, served in a lovely dining room with an extensive, very good wine list. The other thing that makes this place stand out is the staff. Everyone is engaged, and the owners have built a great team to help you enjoy your stay. We’ve stayed here before, which probably says enough. It’s a charming, well-kept place and very well positioned for Portes du Soleil. The Plenney lift is a five-minute walk for Morzine, Les Gets and Mont Chery; Super Morzine is also five minutes away for Morzine, Avoriaz, Chatel, or even a trip over to Switzerland.

The staff were wonderful with our young daughter and did everything they could to make the stay work for our family. It isn’t really set up for young children, and dinner at 7.15pm starts a little late for families with small kids. Still, the team were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The hotel is close to the lifts and bus route. I’d highly recommend it.

After a long day on the skis, the spa was a lovely place to relax. The restaurant served very good food, with something new each day. It’s a warm, welcoming and cosy stay within walking distance of the ski lifts.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our stay. The food was great too. I did miss having a mini fridge for our snacks, and a brighter ceiling light would’ve helped while getting ready. Small things, though. Everything else was exceptional!
