The six grandchildren, from six months to four and a half years old, were completely taken with the trampoline, the secret playroom, and the pool. The chateau kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat together, with lots of spots indoors and out for meals. We also made good use of the three connected living rooms for wine tasting, a family party, and quizzes when the weather turned bad. We were two families, friends for 50 years, with three generations and relatives coming from England, Malaysia, and Brussels. Chateau d'Argouges went beyond what we expected, and the grounds are spectacular. We can't wait to come back.
