When we arrived at check-in time, no one was at reception to let us in, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working at all. Apart from that, it’s a pleasant, well-located hotel with clean, comfortable rooms.

We came back and had the same good experience. The room was quiet, clean, roomy, comfortable, and fully renovated, with a fridge and a spacious bathroom with a hair dryer and a nice shower. Breakfast was good quality and complete, served on a lovely terrace. The staff were kind and helpful, parking was available, and the price felt fair for what was offered. Pets are allowed for an extra 7 Euro. The hotel is in a small village between Cannes and Grasse, with plenty of restaurants and bars. We’d recommend it to friends and hope to return before long.

The room started out clean, pleasant, and cozy. But at 6:00 am, breakfast prep began right by our room, with plates and chairs making noise on the terrace below our window. I’ve worked in service for over ten years, and when I told them the noise at that hour wasn’t okay and that rooms shouldn’t be beside the breakfast area, the receptionist said in French, "it's not my business, talk with the patron," then turned away. That was a terrible way to treat a guest. If you want to be woken at 6:00 am without setting an alarm, book this "hotel".

The staff were fantastic and always ready to help. Both the rooms and the hotel were comfortable and very good. I’d strongly recommend staying here.

Everything was well organized, and the team provided quick service and solid customer care. The room was spacious, the bathroom was good, and the hotel sits right in the center with nice restaurants close by. Great place.
