We stayed for seven nights, and the garden and pool were magnificent, with spacious rooms looking out over the Dordogne. Catherine, the owner, gave us an excellent welcome. It's a really beautiful B&B and made a great base for exploring the area. Merci Catherine.

The rooms are all different and have lovely river views, and the property sits right by the Dordogne river walk, a beautiful trail winding alongside the water. The chateau itself is incredible, with amazing gardens and 300 year old trees. Inside, antiques from around the world make the decor feel special. The owners were kind and looked after us so well, and their dog was very friendly. A magical place.

Breakfast on the terrace was an unexpected treat, and Catherine and Gérard were excellent hosts. During the recent hot spell, the pool and gardens made a wonderful haven. This was our second stay at La Rebière d'Or, with its magnificent views over the Dordogne. The house and gardens are as spectacular as ever. We highly recommend their beautiful home.

We've stayed at La Rebiere d’Or in both the gîte and the B&B, and have recommended it to friends and family. The broad grounds along the Dordogne have all sorts of unique spots to discover, and the interiors are eclectic and full of inspiration. Breakfast in the breakfast room or on the terrace feels fit for royalty. Catherine and Gerard are warm, excellent hosts who help you make the most of your time exploring the area. It's one of our favourite B&Bs anywhere, and we always look forward to going back. We hope to stay many more times.

The decor was out of this world. I've never seen so many antiques brought together with such exquisite wallpapers and murals, and it all works! Magnifique! Catherine told me she loves colour because colour means life. That really sums up her and her fabulous chateau. She was a wonderful host, and nothing was too much trouble.
