The restaurant is called Le Parc, and it carries itself with a certain seriousness. From the carefully presented dishes to the quiet atmosphere and bar lined with bottles, everything sets a formal tone. The food is refined and thoughtfully put together, with a calm competence rather than anything revolutionary. The small treats at the end were subtle and just right. Nothing here claims genius, but there's real care in the details and the cooking is done well. It's a comfortable choice for an easygoing dinner, and we left happy.

The new owners deserve thanks for taking over the business and keeping this lovely team. The staff are qualified and still just as pleasant, perhaps even happier than before, despite the change in ownership. The value for money is unbeatable, and it's a must-visit in our beautiful city.

Kindness leaves a deeper impression than knowledge, and good intentions can matter more than perfection. With Maylis, that warmth hasn't changed: she's still radiant, kind, and always genuinely smiling. You can learn the daily special, but you can't teach someone to be kind.
