The nicest part was Dilek Hanım at reception. The hotel is conveniently close to the city center, but I noticed a strange smell in both the bathroom and the room. Breakfast didn't have much of a selection.

I stayed two nights, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was good, but the people made the stay: two very welcoming girls checked me in, and two Italian girls cleaned the room. They were helpful and easygoing. Adam on the night shift was kind and friendly too, and always made my day when I came back from dinner or wherever I'd been.

We booked at the last minute during a road trip, and Adam from the service staff quickly helped us find a room. He was kind and gave us great suggestions for seeing the city in the little time we had. Even for just one night, we felt welcome and treated like people, not a number. His personal touch and real interest made the stay special, and his English was excellent, which made everything easy and comfortable. The hotel is very central, with everything within walking distance. We'd definitely stay again if we're nearby. Highly recommended, especially for the warm, thoughtful service. Thanks to Adam!

The staff were absolutely amazing, and the location is perfect. The front desk is open 24 hours. Since there are vending machines with water and coffee, they're really helpful for anyone arriving late at night.

The rooms are small but comfortable, and the atmosphere is warm. You can get water and snacks around the clock. The location is very good.
