The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, and the service was friendly and efficient. I had a great stay, but dinner was terrible. The veal Milanese had no taste, the fries were mushy, bland frozen food that hadn't been cooked well, and the “salad” was just unseasoned lettuce. It's as if the place is allergic to seasoning, even though they serve lemon with the food. I'd recommend staying here, but eating elsewhere instead of at the hotel restaurant.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well kept, and having tea and coffee in the room was much appreciated. They also provided slippers, a vanity kit, a dental kit, and other thoughtful complimentary items that made things more comfortable. Hotel Mercure Mulhouse is very centrally located, so exploring the city was easy. I was very satisfied with my stay and would choose this hotel again if I return to Mulhouse.

Noise from a nearby room disturbed us and took away from the comfort. Breakfast was average and not especially memorable. The room itself was comfortable and well maintained, and Hôtel Mercure Mulhouse Centre is very conveniently placed, close to the train station and with tram and bus stops easy to reach. A reasonable choice for a short stay.

The hotel is very clean and modern, with an updated walk-in shower and very good service. It's right across from the train station, a good walk from downtown, and an easy walk to the car rental return. Breakfast wasn't as good as at other hotels we'd stayed in, and dinner wasn't great either. We had the wok dinner. Beer and wine prices were decent.

It's spacious, well located, and the service was friendly. The breakfast wasn't very appealing, though, and the third-floor rooms felt quite depressing and clearly need urgent renovation. I heard the rooms on the first floor had been renovated.
