The owner was the biggest plus: attentive, clean and very considerate. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying, almost like eating at a luxury hotel. The bedding, including the pillows and blankets, was clean, and the B&B was quiet with excellent sound insulation. It's also close to the Nancy train station in France.

The shared bathroom was a minor inconvenience, but otherwise this was an excellent stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well supplied, and there was access to a kitchen where they also served a good breakfast. Yannick was welcoming and attentive, and happy to share information about visiting his city. The property is close to the station, but we weren't bothered by station noise.

The room is right by Nancy Train station, and downtown is a 5-10 minute walk. It was clean, with useful extras like a TV and coffee machine, and breakfast was really good and served on time. Yannick is kind and friendly, and staying at his place felt really comforting. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Nancy.

Breakfast was different each morning and delicious, and the room had complimentary water, snacks and sweets. It was a decent size with enough room for our things. The bathroom is shared, but that wasn't a problem even with other guests in the apartment. Yannick was a great host, and the apartment was clean, modern and relaxed. Shops and restaurants are all a 2-5 minute walk away. Parking wasn't very practical, but we managed.

The shared bathroom was the only downside, though I know that's common in B&Bs. Even so, the whole experience was far better than at many well-rated hotels. Yannick did everything he could to help. It's well located, extremely clean and has a truly excellent breakfast. A great example of a well-managed Bed and Breakfast.
