Booking was easy, and the service in person was clean and efficient. Really nice experience. I'd go back for either a short or longer stay.

The host was very nice and helped me with lots of things. I stayed at Acadia AppartHotel for almost four months, and had a really good experience. The room was comfortable and clean, about a 15-minute walk from the city center and also really close to my university, ICN. I really recommend it.

Rent payments were straightforward. I usually paid in cash when the landlord was there, from morning until 1900, and we never had any issues. He was also easy to reach on his cellphone, and came to help as soon as he could whenever I needed him. The rooms and services matched what the website said. As a student from Germany who's studied in three countries and is used to renting abroad, I found this the easiest place I've rented in a foreign country, even compared with Germany. I had a more than pleasant five-month stay. I waited five months to write this so my evaluation could be more accurate.
