We were told by phone that we could get in at 12 pm with an entrance code, but when we arrived at 1 pm the room still wasn't ready until 3 pm. There's no reception, and after that they stopped answering their mobile. The room itself was clean, though some lights didn't work and the shower holder was broken. If you're happy to reserve a room and wait outside in the street, this is the place. I'll be generous and give it 2 out of 5.
Please avoid this place. I found lots of fleas on the bed, and the receptionist wasn't at the hotel at 11AM, so we waited more than 30 minutes. The receptionist also doesn't speak English. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in!!!!!
I paid twice and still didn't get all my money back. It feels like a rip-off, and the front-desk staff were extremely unpleasant.
The service was good.
A complete disaster.
