The accommodation itself was fine, but the lack of in-person service was a real surprise. Check-in is handled by phone, and arriving at 9 p.m. on a Sunday meant calling a French number to get in. I have a French number myself, but worried about international guests who might not and still have to call a local number. We'd driven for five hours and arrived around 9 p.m. with two children, only to find out there was no on-site parking. It hadn't been made clear that arriving in the evening could mean parking was unavailable. We had to leave the car on the street and move it before 10 a.m. the next day. Moving a car isn't unusual, but with kids, on-site parking and some flexibility matter, especially since parking was one reason I chose this place. If you're after comfort, flexibility, and customer service, this probably isn't the place. If you prefer privacy and little or no human contact, it may suit you. It can feel almost as if there are no people around.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Worst hotel ever. I arrived at 5 a.m. and my card wouldn't work. There was nobody to help, so I had to leave without being able to take the quick shower before my flight that was the main reason I booked this awful hotel. Stay away, there are much better options.

The pool is heated, and the service was spot-on and amazing. It's an amazing place, just a 10-minute walk from the train station. The pictures show the beautiful surroundings. A school.

I've been trying to reach the hotel for days and have called more than 15 times. No one has answered all week. They still haven't returned our 150 euro deposit after a week, and the hotel smells of damp and chlorine. The rooms don't match their description. This hotel is a scam!
