The people there were warm and helpful, but they don't provide a mattress or bedding for the baby cot, and they don't tell you beforehand. Strange. They said they'd had problems in the past, so you have to bring your baby's bed. Thankfully, the staff gave us a few extra sets of linen, and we were able to make a bed for my child.

What a nightmare. The bedroom was so small it was hard to get around the bed, the kitchen sink clogged after about 20 seconds of washing, and the kettle worked so badly that water still hadn't boiled after an hour. We couldn't cook, and there was no hot water. The day after I booked through Booking, they called to say my reservation wasn't in their system and had to be entered manually. They immediately charged my card for the room and parking. When I left, they accused me of not paying for parking. Their reservation system is a mess, and they treated me like a liar. For the late check-in, I had to send lots of messages on arrival day to get the safety box code for the room keys before we arrived. At 10 pm, three English girls were there too, with no code and nobody answering the phone. They had no idea where to go. I only chose this place because my previous hotel canceled two days before I arrived and I had to find something quickly. It was horrible. Do not go there.

It's too noisy, and there's nobody at reception or any security at night. Avoid.

A good hostel for young people and working people. The rent seems a little high for a place on the outskirts of Paris, especially since electricity isn't included. It's kept clean, though, with a full clean every two weeks.
