The receptionist who greeted me on 2/10 was genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the narrow stairs were manageable. Shops and restaurants in the city centre are within walking distance. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area.

It has the feel of a US motel from the 1950s, in a mostly residential neighborhood. Le Marché de Talensac is just around the corner and across the street, and the city centre is about a kilometer away. It's not a full-service place, and the front desk definitely isn't open around the clock. It might suit you if you're driving into town.

The staff at reception were pleasant and welcoming. It's a quiet, compact hotel, only a few minutes' walk from the centre of Nantes. Breakfast had hot drinks from a machine, a delicious croissant, and yogurt. Parking costs 5€ per 24 hours. Recommended.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel is central on a quiet side street. It does get noisy after 7am, though. The rooms are small for the price, and upkeep could be better: some broken things need fixing, the decor and amenities aren't perfectly maintained, and the hallway smells of mothballs. The Wi-Fi is slow and unreliable, and makes you register again every few hours. Given the room size and condition, it felt overpriced.

It's a good location, and the staff are very friendly. My two main things, cleanliness and quiet, were both taken care of. The rooms are small, but for the price and where it is, that's understandable. I'd book again.
