I keep having a great time at this hotel. The staff are polite, wonderful and always ready to help. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the facilities are very good. Breakfast gives you a real French experience. There’s a good bar, and you can also have dinner brought to your room. It’s easy to reach by car, but still within walking distance of most places of interest in Nantes. I absolutely recommend it.

The suite was spacious and clean, with a living room, kitchen, dining area and tub. The experience was good quality, and they had premium French products, including NUXE and Palais de thes. The staff were amazing. They greeted me whenever I passed through the lobby and even offered directions to my room before I asked. I’ll be back.

The room worked well for our family of four, with a lovely kitchenette. I thought I’d booked one twin and one double, but we got two doubles. We just went with it. The location was handy for the airport and visiting Ile des machines. Parking was great, with a €13 supplement.

The staff were the best part. Leia and Lola were especially great, and everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome. Ask them for restaurant or local tips, they really know the area. The hotel is quiet and clean, with good-sized rooms, a good shower, nice lighting and comfortable beds. The mini kitchenette was very functional, breakfast was good, and there’s self-service laundry on site. It’s right by key transit stations, a grocery store and a bakery.

We had a lovely time at the hotel and in Nantes. It was only a couple of days as a stopover, so we’d like to come back next year and explore more. The reception staff were lovely, and a special thanks to Theo for being so kind and friendly to us and our dogs throughout. A great experience, thank you.
