I spent nearly six months here as a student, from August 2025 through January 2026, and had a really comfortable, enjoyable stay. The facilities were high quality, and I didn't run into problems. When anything did come up, staff sorted it out quickly. Everyone working there was friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend this residence or hotel to anyone coming to Nantes who wants an easy, pleasant stay.

It seemed like a good deal at first. Then I read the fine print about the €500 security deposit and how the refund can take up to four weeks. That put me off.

I was here for a 13-day business trip to Nantes, and the staff were helpful. Buses and trams are easy to reach from the property. I forgot to pick up the receipt for my credit card payment at check-in, and I still need it. I couldn't find an email address to contact you, so could someone reply with one? I can send more details and get the receipt. This is a request, and I need it.

Really good value, and the place was very clean. I was so glad they let our little dog stay. We also had an excellent meal at the hotel.

We stayed two nights and had a great time. Check-in was possible late, and the room was spacious and well equipped. The one problem was the shower drain. It was clogged, so showering made the bathroom flood.
