The pastries at breakfast were VERY good, parking was good, and pets are welcome. The bed was okay, and the room itself was clean, though the bathroom wasn’t as clean. There’s no lift, and staff are around only at breakfast. The rest runs through a machine or QR code, including getting a door code. The shower cabin was tiny. It was also very hot in the room, and the AC only worked in heat mode, so we had to leave the window open and hear the motorway traffic.

The bed was good, but the room cost more than one hundred forty euros despite being by the highway, far from the center, and with nobody there in person. You could hear everything from outside. That price felt totally over the top.

We only stopped because the location suited us, and I wouldn’t come back. The room was small but functional, while the bathroom was the tiniest I’ve ever seen and the shower felt claustrophobic. Noise was surprisingly low. There was no attended lobby for most of the day, even at check-in, and the automated terminal wouldn’t take Contactless. The main door was a bit jammed, and the employee on the intercom came across as arrogant and unhelpful. Horribly below B&B standards.

The breakfast was poor, with eggs that tasted strange, dry bacon, cheese that was half-dry and seemed old, and croissants and pains chocolat that weren’t fresh. There was hardly any fruit either. We’ve had good experiences with B&B hotels before, but this one didn’t meet our standards. We also had the impression there were bed bugs.

The hotel is next to a very busy, noisy road, and it was very hot because the AC wasn’t working. The free wifi was disabled and there was no outside seating. The auto check-in still wasn’t working, even though we’d stayed here six weeks earlier. It felt like the hotel wanted our money without making the effort to make the stay okay. I wouldn’t stop here again.
