The location was so handy, right opposite the station and about a 10-minute walk from the old town. It's a budget hotel, but my room was clean and comfortable, and it was very quiet. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and they let me leave my luggage when I arrived well before check-in. Highly recommended.

Right across from Narbonne train station, Hotel l'Alsace is a handy base for visiting the town and surrounding area. My room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for a spot so close to the station. The owners and staff were friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend it as a safe, budget-friendly place to stay for a few days in Narbonne.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and the clean, comfortable room had air conditioning. The windows did a great job of keeping noise outside. It's a basic hotel beside the train station, within a short walk of the town center, and close to a free bus stop into town. My only small gripe was that the soap came in liquid pouches, with no bar soap. Otherwise, it was just what we needed.

The room was really quiet and the beds were very comfortable, even though the train station is just across the road. You can walk to the old part of the city too. A great place to stay if you want to be near the station.

Clean, comfortable rooms and a helpful, friendly manager. It's right across the street from the train station and good value.
