This was the worst place I've ever stayed. The pictures on the site seem old: the building needs work, and the apartment even more so. Furniture and accessories were dirty, rusty in many places, in poor condition, and not very practical. The bathroom had no window and smelled unpleasant, and we could hear the neighbors too easily. Be wary of the host: they were nowhere to be found during our stay, then charged penalties and extra fees. Booking kindly refunded part of what I'd paid, but that didn't change how bad the accommodation was.

It's close to both the center and the beach, and the rental units are clean and adequate. The parking is secure, and security guards are provided to let you into the residence.
