The owners were so friendly, and even picked us up at the station. They took the time to walk us through the flat, show us how everything worked, and share lots of local recommendations. The place itself is beautiful, spacious, well equipped, and conveniently close to the town center. It also has plenty of useful information about local sights and restaurants. We had a lovely stay and would happily come back. Thanks!

We felt right at home in Narbonne and loved our stay. The loft is in a historic building, but inside the apartment feels stylish, with tasteful decor and a peaceful atmosphere despite its central location. Nothing was missing, and the owner’s advice was helpful.

A complete disaster. The towels were all wet on the clothesline, so we had nothing to dry off with and couldn’t shower. One bathroom was flooded and unusable. The alarm kept going for five hours, and there was no way to shut it off. The owner took no responsibility and didn’t help. Getting in touch with them was extremely difficult. Half the outlets in one room didn’t work, and neither did the TV, so we couldn’t charge our phones or plug anything in. Not recommended at all.

Geneviève welcomed us with real warmth and care, and we felt right at home. The apartment was spacious, bright, pleasant, and very well equipped. It’s ideally placed for visiting Narbonne and the surrounding area. Everything was perfect.
