The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable, and breakfast was very generous. We only stayed one night, but the whole team were friendly and helpful. We also had a very good meal at the restaurant. Dogs are made very welcome here.

The room was roomy, and the toilet is separate, so your pup’s smell won’t get into the room 😉. Breakfast doesn’t offer many choices, but there’s a fresh orange juice machine and the coffee machine makes good coffee.

Loved the seafood, it was amazing. The service was good, with no complaints, and the room was clean. Being able to connect by Bluetooth and play music was a nice touch. A great experience.

The staff were really friendly, and breakfast had a good selection. But the hotel is old and run down, so I don’t think the price is justified.

Getting to the important parts of the city was inconvenient, especially without a car. We had to call a cab each time, which added to the cost, so I’d pass on this hotel next time I’m in Narbonne. I expected more from a big chain at this price. The room was tiny with no view, though thankfully clean, and came with only basic facilities and toiletries. Breakfast was average, and the café area felt too cramped to move around freely. I do appreciate that they let us check in a little early when we arrived ahead of time. Thank you for that.
