Of all the places I've stayed, this was the best. I've never met a better hostess.

The cave-style rooms are lovely, and the place feels peaceful and enchanting. Guests also have a kitchen area. Our hosts were attentive and friendly, and the welcome was warm. Breakfast came with homemade jams and fruit from their garden. They also gave us excellent recommendations, drawing on their knowledge of the region and its history. Eliane and Michel, Liège, Belgium

You stay in one of three cave rooms in a charming guesthouse, set in a 15th-century manor renovated in the early 20th century. The high ceilings and broad openings in the facade keep the rooms from feeling cramped or closed in. The owners are kind and welcoming, and the whole visit feels peaceful and pleasant.
