Our rooms weren't ready when we arrived, so check-in was delayed by two hours. The replacement rooms we were offered weren't ready either, and one room we got keys for was already occupied. Where was the guests' safety? Communication was difficult because nobody at the front desk spoke English during our stay. The woman there was especially aggressive and unwelcoming. The service was appalling and unfriendly. AVOID!

The staff were kind and accommodating, and the beds were comfortable. The AC worked well, too. We had dinner in the on-site restaurant, where the food was excellent and the Saint Pourcain local wine was good as well. It was great value for money. The location is very good, right across from the casino and Thermes. We'll definitely come back!

They went above and beyond with every little request, and my room was very well looked after. Breakfast was perfect. The team running the hotel are great, and they've kept its old European charm.

A lovely village and a great location. It has thermal baths we'd like to come back to.
