Studio Sylvain

The countryside is lovely, and the people were friendly and communicated in very good English. The towels had clearly been used, though they were clean. Inside, it was pretty basic, with uncomfortable chairs and furniture, and could use a more feminine touch, maybe some lampshades. The kitchen is really only suited to quick microwave meals.

We rented two studios, and the low price wasn't worth the problems. Both places were very dirty: there was dog hair on one bed and on another one as well. In one studio, it was very damp, with lots of mold in the cupboards and in the bed, and the bathroom in the second studio had plenty of mold too. Some kitchen equipment wasn't clean, the Wi-Fi passwords we were given didn't work, and noise from the third apartment could be clearly heard in the first. There were positives: the studios were spacious, cheap, in the countryside, and easy to access. The third bed was like a swing, and the linen was old and full of holes.

We arrived to find another family sleeping in the studio we'd booked. It was a double booking, and we weren't refunded. Stay away.

Good value for the price. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were decently clean.
