Fabien is a charming host, and the property has the high-end amenities you'd expect. The complaints about the owners being disrespectful seem unjustified to me: Fabien was caught up in an incident on his own property and couldn't reason with his tenants. It's an exceptional property.

A warm welcome, and everything was very clean.

There are repeated noise problems and disturbances, and the place is disrespectful to the neighborhood. Police raids have taken place because it's in the middle of a residential area and doesn't comply with Neuilly's municipal regulations!

A superb venue for a wedding, birthday, reception, or business conference. The setting is magnificent, calm, and luxurious, with high-quality service.

We felt warmly welcomed, and the host paid attention to what we needed. It's a top-of-the-range residence with services to match. We'll be back.
