I was disappointed by how the hotel handled my Kindle after I left. I accidentally left it behind and called the next day. At first they said they hadn't found it. I pressed them because I could see it had last synced from Paris after checkout, and I knew I hadn't left the room with it. Then they said they had found it. I asked them to send it to London and offered to cover postage and packaging. Three weeks later, when I followed up, they told me it was lost. I asked them to replace it, and they wanted proof of purchase, as if I had made the whole thing up, even though they'd already admitted finding it. It cost £160, around half the price of one night's stay, and that response was very disappointing for a hotel that sees itself as a luxury boutique. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a very nice terrace, though some furnishings felt tired, including stained rugs. The rooms are small, which is no surprise in Paris, and service was very good. Breakfast was mediocre.

From the restaurant to the front desk, the staff and service were top-notch. Anya and Meghan were especially supportive and courteous, and I was extremely impressed. It's a lovely, hospitable place, and I'd like to come back soon.

I felt very well looked after, and everyone on staff was really friendly. A very nice hotel with great service and people. I recommend it.

Everyone was so warm and welcoming, from check-in at the front desk to the bartender, who made us amazing drinks. James at reception made sure we had a great stay. The classy, clean rooms have all the amenities you'd expect at a 5-star hotel. This amazing boutique hotel was about a 10-12 minute car ride from the main attractions. Highly recommended!
