There is air conditioning, which was the one good thing for me. The photos on the website don’t match what I found, and you have to stay with the owner and share the bathroom and kitchen. It wasn’t clean, and things seemed poorly maintained. Parking costs an extra 20 euros, is outside the building, and takes about a 15 minute walk to reach. The area didn’t feel safe to me either. Communication was difficult because the owner’s English wasn’t very good. I really wouldn’t recommend staying here. Agoda should review this listing and remove it as a place to stay.

We couldn’t find the address, and none of our many calls or texts got a reply. By 7:00 PM we had nowhere to sleep, but luckily we managed to rent a bed and breakfast in Cagnes-sur-Mer at the last minute. I’m giving one star instead of none. We were also very unhappy with the Booking.com employee’s attitude when they told the woman renting the room she could cancel our reservation because we hadn’t arrived by 7:00 PM. Thankfully, she was kind and professional and waited for us until 8:30 PM.

A terrible hotel, with an awful attitude toward guests. We paid by card through Booking.com, but they wouldn’t check us in unless we paid cash on site, so we would have had to pay twice. I wouldn’t recommend anyone deal with these scammers.
