Nemea Appart`Hotel Riviera Nice Aeroport

I left feeling very uncomfortable, and I won't be back. The first room was gloomy and dirty, with mold in the bathroom and filthy windows. We requested another room, but the second one wasn't any better. The kitchen utensils still had rice and other food residue on them, the bed hadn't been made properly, and one towel had visible blood stains. The spa floor was especially dirty too. When I raised these problems and asked for a discount or refund because of the conditions, staff refused. It was also very hard to communicate with them. Basic cleanliness wasn't there at all, which made this a very disappointing stay.

Getting to town or the beach was easy, with bus and tram stops close by and about a 20-minute ride. The hotel has a nice rooftop, and although breakfast was available for €18, I preferred to explore the area. My favorite part was the runway view from my room. I love planes, and watching aircraft from bed felt like having my own spotting lounge. Lyvie at reception was lovely and welcoming, and made check-in easy. I had a wonderful two-night stay and would recommend it, especially for that unusual view.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were friendly, supportive, and spoke English well. Breakfast was very good, and the small pool, spa, and gym were nice extras. The room was clean and pleasant, though it could use some freshening up. We barely noticed the nearby airport, as the room was well insulated from the noise. The hotel is handy for the airport and public transport, with Nice city center around 15 minutes away. Within a five-minute walk there are a few places to eat, shop for groceries, take a green-space walk, or have some fun.

The pools are great, and the rest had its ups and downs, about what you'd expect from a budget hotel. We had to leave a £150 deposit. On arrival, nobody's key card worked, but they had it fixed by the next day.
