I had a great experience again. The amenities are incredible, the service is fantastic, and getting around from this location is convenient. Bianca and Pauline warmly answered my questions about the hotel and city, and helped me find my way around. Looking forward to coming back!

The location is handy, close to the train and tram station, and you can even walk to the airport. But I found the room air stuffy every time I stayed, and you can’t open the window. There’s no fridge either. Breakfast is very basic.

The reception team made my stay so enjoyable. Pauline, Ouafae, and Marie G were welcoming, attentive, and professional from the moment I arrived, and their warm smiles and readiness to help made me feel cared for. The room was large and luxurious, with a great bathroom, and the hotel itself is lovely. I was here for two nights for a corporate event and had both lunch and dinner at the hotel. The meals were fantastic, the bar was very nice, and the service was excellent.
