Le Bristol

The restaurant was excellent: a thoughtfully put together menu, well cooked, great service, and a good wine selection. The local mineral water, Celtic, is very good as well. The hotel is clean and well located, with friendly staff, though they could sometimes be hard to find. We arrived on Saturday afternoon and had to track someone down from the restaurant because nobody was at Reception. The same thing happened when we checked out Monday morning. It’s a good three-star hotel with modest-sized rooms and no air conditioning, which makes sense for the price and category. Since it’s near both churches, the bells are audible every 15 minutes from 7:00 to 22:00. We found them charming, especially as they’re in tune, and not annoying at all.

Right on Niederbronn’s main square, this comfortable hotel is in the center of town. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and fairly quiet, even if they aren’t modern. There’s secure private parking behind the hotel, and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner.

A lovely hotel, but the man working at the bar and reception made us feel like our being there was an inconvenience.

Hotel Bristol is very good. The central location puts you close to everything the town has to offer. Our suite was beautiful and clean, and we enjoyed spending time in it. The bathroom and separate toilet were both high standard. The owner has given the hotel its own classic character.
