After 19.00, the service was horrible. Nobody told us we'd arrive to a locked hotel door, and we weren't given an entry code. The phone number on the door didn't work, so we were left outside in the rain in a very shabby area. There was no reception to let us into the secure parking, and we had to leave the car outside in what felt like a dangerous neighborhood. Not good at all. Calling the room a studio is a stretch. It's an outdated hotel room with a small kitchenette and nowhere to sit. Please avoid this hotel.

Nimes became a wonderful memory from our trip, and we were deeply impressed by the city. It was the third place we visited on our 10-day trip to France. The hotel was fantastic, with excellent service, a fresh breakfast, and very welcoming front desk staff.

It's an average hotel. Having a kitchen in the room is a big plus. There were only two towels per person, and rooms facing the road were very noisy. In our room, water was running from the air conditioning channel.

The room had all the equipment we needed. Breakfast was served very well, and the welcome was perfect. The young woman at reception was amazing and even helped with our luggage. Everything was great, and I'd definitely recommend this place.

4/10
The rooms were large but dirty, with dirty floors and a bathroom full of hair. Breakfast was a disaster. There's no place for a bus to pull up and unload or load guests, and there's no parking. The staff seemed disinterested.
