The staff were very helpful and supportive when a water problem during our stay forced us to change hotels. We were reimbursed within a week, but only after I insisted by email and phone. The rooms are clean, though I personally didn't sleep well on the mattress. That's different for everyone. For the price and location, I'd call it fair value. The hotel is in a pedestrian area, and I didn't see an elevator on the walk up to the rooms. The street is quiet, but during party time you'll hear noise in the room. The wall mounted A/C can get noisy by my standards. Overnight parking at the nearby car park is €24, so include that in your budget. The front desk is closed at night.

The hotel and staff were wonderful and very accommodating, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was all cold items, like bread, yogurt, fruit, and cereal, so I’d skip it.

We hope to come back. The hotel has plenty of character and sits right in the centre of a beautiful city, and the staff were wonderful. Thank you.

We found the room spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the staff were exceptionally helpful with all our requests. The hotel is in Nîmes’s beautiful historic centre, within walking distance of the main sights. Great value for money. We’ll definitely return, and I highly recommend it.

The service was friendly and discreet, and breakfast was proper and delicious. It’s a cosy hotel right in the old town, just 100 metres from the Arena. I warmly recommend it.
