The owner gave us a very warm welcome, and the room was large, spotless and quiet, with a really comfortable bed. We stopped for just one night at the last minute after a long drive, and it had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice, the coffee was good, and I enjoyed an interesting conversation with the owner in the morning. We'll definitely return for a longer stay and explore more of the area.

The hostess was lovely and quick to respond, and breakfast came with stories and advice about spending time in La Rochelle. We stayed one night and enjoyed the hospitality at L’horizon. It's a great alternative to hotels!

A relaxing place with a charming, welcoming feel. The guest room is beautiful, in a lovely house looking out over a garden. Highly recommended!
