Résidence de Nogent sur Marne

I was able to have lunch at the restaurant throughout my stay, and the food was varied and homemade. The manager and all her staff were incredibly attentive. I spent four nights at Les Jardins d’Arcadie in Nogent-sur-Marne on a business trip. It's a residence for seniors that also takes short and medium-term business stays. The residence is beautiful and tastefully renovated, just steps from shops. My apartment was nicely decorated and clean, with impeccable bedding. There was a welcome note and chocolates waiting in my room. For work travel, I also appreciated having a hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. The common spaces are roomy and pleasant. Thanks for the hospitality, I'll be back in March for another business trip.

The Director led a pleasant, informative visit, and it quickly became clear how much she knows about senior care. That's a real plus for me. This beautiful, new assisted living residence is very well equipped, with everything arranged to help our parents feel safe and secure. I visited during a musical performance, and the residents seemed well cared for.

From the moment you enter the residence, the staff come across as particularly incompetent and rude, at times almost verbally aggressive. Requests aren't followed up, and obligations aren't respected, which shows a complete lack of professionalism. The manager also seems incompetent to me, and her aggressive manner adds to the hostile, unpleasant atmosphere. The reception was very poor and the whole experience negative. I strongly advise against staying here.

My son and I spent several days in this beautiful, brand-new residence. It's close to everything, tastefully decorated, and very quiet. The manager was attentive and did everything she could to meet our needs. You can book with complete confidence!
