Christine makes you feel at home right away, greeting everyone warmly and happily answering questions. The rooms have a lot of charm, and everything feels just right, from the clean spaces and comfortable beds to the tasteful decor. Breakfast is a generous selection of fresh, delicious homemade food. A lovely base for discovering the region George Sand loved, with its romantic scenery and plenty of cultural and artistic things to do, even in winter.

We’ve been coming back for several years and always get such a warm welcome. Upstairs, the room is really comfortable, with a little spot to read and Wi-Fi. There’s also a TV lounge downstairs. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, served in a nice setting. We’ve never left disappointed.

The guesthouse is in a converted Berry barn across from the owners’ home, and we slept very peacefully there. Our room was lovely and comfortable, with a spotless bathroom, and breakfast was hearty. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. It’s well placed for visiting the Nohant estate or walking the Berry trails. Just across the road, don’t miss the beautiful Romanesque church and its remarkable frescoes. A place I’ll remember.

The bedding was perfect, and the whole setting felt so peaceful. We were given a warm welcome at this really charming guesthouse. Breakfast, made with fresh products, was just right for getting the day started.

Dogs are welcome here, and there’s a huge garden where they can run around. This lovely bed and breakfast is set in an old barn, and breakfast, made with local products, was perfect. There’s also a little church close by that’s well worth seeing, with beautiful 11th-century murals.
