The grounds are lovely and well maintained, and the tree-lined streets make for a nice walk to the nearest beaches. Staff were very friendly, and the pool area was pleasant. It's a good walk to the commercial centre, but an enjoyable one with places to stop along the way. A stay full of charm and class. Parking was tricky for me, and it took a while to find a spot. Arriving early in the morning or late in the evening, before or after the beaches fill up, is probably best.

The bar guys were exceptionally nice, and the wine made a lovely nightcap. There's a swimming pool on site and a short walk to the beach and a nice restaurant, though the hotel is a bit far from town for walking out to dinner. The rooms are a decent size but very dated, and the shower ran very slowly. They had paper cups for tea and coffee in the room, which I'd never come across before. A packet of salt as a gift was a nice touch.

The location is great, just a few metres from the beach, with amazing houses to wander around. The room was very clean, if not especially modern. The warm pool is big and genuinely warm. Staff were very helpful with a few requests, though keep in mind the desk isn't open 24 hours. Even in bad weather, you can enjoy a walk if you're properly equipped.

We stayed one night at this lovely hotel, close enough to walk to some wonderful coves and beaches, and it's dog friendly. Dinner was convenient in the low season, when many other places are closed, but the portions were small, it was pricey, and the choices were very limited. The food was OK.

We used to love this hotel, so what happened? The rooms were overpriced, and much of the already limited menu wasn't available. On an island known for oysters, only a few preserved ones were on offer, and there weren't even enough for both of us. Only the receptionist was friendly and efficient. Such a shame.
