ibis Marne La Vallée Noisy

The only upside was how close it is to DLP and central Paris by train or car. The rooms were very worn, dirty, and poorly made, and the bed was uncomfortable. I've stayed at ibis hotels across France a lot, and this was the worst one for me. One receptionist was lovely, but another was rude, interrupted me, and acted aggressively. The hotel didn't respond to problems. I won't stay here again.

The bed was cozy and the bathroom was very clean. I stayed one night at IBIS and found it checked the boxes for a budget place. It would've been nice to have breakfast included, but otherwise it was good. The staff were polite and helpful.

The room was tiny for four people, and the bunk beds wouldn't fit adults of regular size. There was mold in the sink and the bathroom wasn't sanitary. We found stains and hair on the beds, so we covered them with towels. We also struggled to get into the room and tried about twenty times before succeeding. The receptionist I spoke to didn't speak English very well, which made it hard to explain our problems. This is a one-star place for me, and I won't stay again.

Hajer and the whole team treated me really well throughout my stay. They were there to help with all sorts of things, and when I needed help, they sorted it out so quickly that I was surprised. Breakfast is simple but really good, with lots of breads and great cheese choices, including Brie every day. The cleaning was really nice too. The vending machines don't have much choice, though it usually wasn't a big deal because there's a huge Carrefour right across the street. Also, not every room has a working desk. Still, it's a very friendly place to stay.
